Hoffman Singapore, which opened in November 1996, was The Hoffman Agency’s first office in Asia and now serves as a base for client activities in South Asia, Southeast Asia and Australia. Our clientele ranges from large MNCs sitting pretty on the Fortune 500 list, to lean, hungry startups fighting hard to get there.
To meet the needs of our diverse range of clients, we hire people with just as diverse backgrounds. Even that is not enough. We constantly remind ourselves that the old world of PR has changed — more so in Singapore where the media pool has shrunk drastically. So what do we do?
We roll with it. We apply problem-solving to everything from content creation to dynamic storytelling to social media management and organic search. We bring a fresh way to look at and address many of our clients’ challenges. Our work is centered on strong storytelling to deliver content in the most effective way possible.
This is why we’ve served some of our clients for close to 10 years. Familiarity breeds contempt? Not with our deep knowledge of our clients and an insight into the industry that allows us to constantly explore new ideas.
How about our new clients? That’s when the grounding most of us have in technology has helped — we’re used to making the complicated look easy. Take one client — a forex trading company. Even without any direct expertise in the team, we embarked on a mission to know everything between pips and spread, and stop-buy and stop-loss. The result? Fifty tier-one pieces of coverage that reached out to 42 million viewers in just eight months.
